Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care. Utilize critical assessment skills in a fast-paced environment. Participate in the planning and implementation of patient care. Monitor patients' recovery and provide support as needed. Educate patients and families about post-operative care. Ensure adherence to safety protocols and standards of care. Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Contribute to a positive and supportive team atmosphere.
