York nursing jobs)/n - Healthcare Setting: Acute Care – Labor &
Delivery Unit/n - Assignment Type: Travel Nursing (L&D RN
travel jobs)/n - Start Date: December 15, 2025/n - End Date: March
16, 2026/n - Contract Duration: 13 weeks/n - Shift: 12-hour night
shifts/n - Hours per Week: 36 hours (Guaranteed 34.5 hours/week)/n
- Weekend Requirement: Every 3rd weekend (Friday and Saturday
nights)/n - Scrub Color: Provided by hospital/n - Orientation: 2-3
shifts/n - Estimated Weekly Salary: $2100-$2250/n
/n/nQualifications – Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse/n /n -
Active RN license in New York (NY RN license required)/n - Minimum
1 year of recent Labor & Delivery nursing experience, including
high-risk OB/n - Certifications: ACLS, BLS (AHA), NRP (Neonatal
Resuscitation Program)/n - Strong clinical and customer service
skills; ability to excel in a busy hospital setting/n - Experience
assisting with C-sections, scrubbing, and caring for high-risk OB
patients/n - Preferred: Familiarity with Meditech, GE, and Epic EMR
charting systems/n /n/nResponsibilities – L&D RN Travel Nurse/n
/n - Deliver comprehensive nursing care to laboring mothers and
newborns in a 14-bed Labor & Delivery unit (triage, labor, and OR
beds)/n - Conduct full patient assessments and physical exams/n -
Assist with C-sections and scrub procedures as needed/n - Manage
care for high-risk OB patients, including magnesium sulfate
therapy/n - Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team,
including hospitalists and unit leaders/n - Float to OB or nursery
for task-based clinical support (no patient assignments)/n -
Maintain accurate documentation using multiple EMR systems/n /n/n
