Handle cases such as Start of Care, Resumption of Care, Wound Care, Pediatrics, and Recertifications (higher pay for complex visits). Collaborate with physicians and care teams for seamless continuity of care. Document visits via tablet within 24-48 hours. Stay compliant with DOH regulations while delivering compassionate, culturally sensitive care. ?
