Job Description WCS Healthcare Partners is seeking a local contract nurse RN ICU - Intensive Care Unit for a local contract nursing job in Waterbury, Connecticut. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: ICU - Intensive Care Unit - Discipline: RN - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, days - Employment Type: Local Contract WCS is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Emergency Department at a prestigious hospital in Waterbury, Connecticut. /n Job Function: /n - Day Shift or Night Shift. /n - 3x12. /n - Assess, triage, and monitor patients presenting with a wide range of medical and trauma-related conditions. /n /n - Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as ordered, following established protocols and safety standards. /n /n - Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team members to develop and implement patient care plans. /n /n - Maintain accurate patient records and educate patients and their families about treatments, procedures, and post-discharge care. /n /n /n Job Requirements: /n - Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing or hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN). /n /n - Current RN license in the state of Connecticut required. /n /n - 2 years of Emergency Room RN experience required. /n /n - BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association required. /n /n /n /n /nDisclosure: The hourly rates and/or salaries listed may or may not reflect total compensation packages including bonus and fringe benefits, etc., nor are the advertisement(s) posted a guarantee of a certain compensation package for a position or bona fide offer of employment.
