  • Current Adult Care home health experience Education:
    • Required: New York State RN License, Primary Source Verification, AHA BLS. We have 2 positions for Brooklyn Borough and Bronx Borough, with travel required to patients' homes. Patient Age Range: 18 to 100 years old.
      Role: True At Home Nurse Coverage Area: Manhattan Borough Patient Cases: 5-8 cases per day Work Schedule: Flexible days, with options such as Sunday to Wednesday or Thursday to Saturday. Consistent days are required. Overnight Coverage: Not required Job Title: Travel Nurse RN - Home Health

      Provide in-home care for patients aged 18-100 across Manhattan/Bronx/Brooklyn.
      Caseload: 5-8 patients/day; no overnight coverage.
      Flexible schedule options (e.g., Sun-Wed or Thu-Sat); consistent days required.
