Apply today to join our team!New graduates are welcome to apply!Responsibilities:The Physical Therapist is responsible for direct patient services, including evaluation and treatment, participation in in-service programs, recordkeeping, and documentation and provides consultation to staff and family when necessary.- Evaluation: Performs pre-entry evaluation, initial evaluation, and re-evaluations to assess childs development level, and identify handicapping delays and disorders. Establishes long and short-term goals for each child.- Treatment: Plans and administers individual physical potential and development. Modifies therapy program as needed.- Written Reports: Provide written reports of all evaluation, re-evaluations, progress reports, daily file notes, and annual reviews as scheduled.Qualifications:- Must possess a minimum of a B.S. in Physical Therapy from an accredited college or university.- Must be licensed and currently registered in New York State as a Physical Therapist or possess a limited permit to work under a Licensed Therapist.-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction.-Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.-Strong organizational skills for case management and documentation.Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, ContractPay: $71,269.72 - $88,472.57 per yearSchedule:* Monday to FridayLicense/Certification:* NYS Physical Therapist License (Required)Work Location: In personby Jobble
