Start time is usually between 7:15a-8:30a and ends between 2:30p-3:30p_We are looking for nurses for the following roles:* Nurse office coverage* Working 1:1 with students* Field Trips* Overnight Trips* Assisting the head nurse with support* Helping with vision/hearing testing of students* Bus transports of students* And more...The School Nurse will manage the schools health office to ensure optimum health and safety of students by providing immediate medical care and information to maximize health and wellness in the school community. In addition, this role will provide wellness support through individual education and resource development for students, employees and parents. The School Nurse will work with another LPN on site and collaborate with other Nurses within the district to maintain Quality Assurance._Qualifications_Registered Nurse in New York StateCPR/BLS CertifiedFingerprinted with the NYSED (we can help with this)Knowledge of Microsoft OfficeAbility to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees, administration, and external agencies to maximize performance, problem solving and achieve results.
