*Per Diem All Shifts*The Osborn has two opportunities for Per
Diem LPNS, Either our Pavilion (Skilled Nursing) or our Assisted
Living.A Bit about our Skilled Nursing:The Osborn Pavilion skilled
nursing and short-stay (sub-acute) rehabilitation center is proud
to be named one of New Yorks top performing nursing homes by _U.S.
News & World Report, _and to receive a 5-star rating from CMS
(Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services) for the quality of its
nursing staff. We are currently looking to add great LPNs to our
team!Our Assisted Living helps our residents remain as independent
as possible with a degree of support and assistance. Apartment
living, meals, personal care, social activities and 24-hour
supervision are among services we provide.Must have NYS LPN- Prior

Licensed Practical Nurse is responsible for providing direct
nursing care and administering medications and treatments within
their scope of practice. As a representative of the organization,
it is required that the Licensed Practical Nurse perform the

positive attitude and is aware and supportive of the mission,
vision, resident Bill of Rights, policies and procedures of the
