This position requires flexibility, as you will be floating between the main hospital and a nearby surgery center. Candidates must be willing to work in both locations and adhere to the 50-mile radius rulelocal candidates will not be considered.Key Responsibilities:Provide high-quality nursing care in the Operating Room across multiple locations.Collaborate with surgeons and the surgical team to ensure a sterile environment and patient safety.Prepare patients for surgery, assist during procedures, and provide post-operative care.Maintain accurate documentation and utilize electronic medical records (EMR).Adhere to all safety and quality assurance protocols in compliance with the Joint Commission standards.Qualifications:Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.Active RN license in New York.Minimum of 2 years of OR experience.BLS certification required.COVID-19 vaccination required.Ability to float between the main hospital and nearby surgery center.Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and onboarding in compliance with the Joint Commission.Why White Plains, NY:White Plains, NY, is a vibrant suburban city located just north of New York City.
