Day 8AM-4PM Full Time Nursing Nyack NY $43.00- $54.00 per hour DESCRIPTION $10,000 SIGN ON BONUS. Provides, arranges for, teaches, or supervises nursing care to sick and injured of all ages. Carries out nursing skills contributing to treatment and rehabilitation. Plans for coordinated home health service for individuals and families under his/her care. Appraises individual and family health needs and hazards, existing or potential. Provides health counseling including emotional support to individuals, families, and groups. Consults with and refers families to appropriate personnel within the agency or to other community services. Performs treatments and, when required, diagnostic and preventive procedures are carried out under medical direction. QUALIFICATIONS N.Y.S. Nursing License, Current N.Y.S. Registration. BSN Required. Minimum 2 years MED/SURG experience. Strong clinical background with experience and knowledge of high tech nursing preferred. I.V. Certification helpful. N.Y.S. Nursing License, Current N.Y.S. Registration. BLS.
