Job Description

Responsibilities include:

Leadership of overall client relationship and analytic projects for 10-15 key clients across multiple banking products including credit card, retail banking, and personal lending. Key responsibilities include:



Management of overall client relationship and P&L

o Proactive client engagement, serving as senior contact for each client

o Development and execution of account plans including retention of existing products and identification of upsell opportunities

o Tracking and execution of sales goals through upsell of analytic projects

o Accountable for overall client satisfaction and engagement

o Coordination across broader team to help drive client sales for full suite of products and services



Oversight of analytic projects and client deliverables

o Provide thought leadership to optimize analytic projects including the analysis methodology and output design

o Leverage experience and analytic expertise to drive insights and recommendations from the analysis, ensuring clients are receiving actionable insight and value

o Accountability for overall analysis quality and value generated by clients

o Presenting of key client presentations and projects (often delegated to senior managers and managers within the team, depending on audience)

o Lead team of analysts and managers to deliver on analytic projects and manage client relationships

o Create and reward culture of innovation, inclusiveness and decisiveness within organization

o Motivate and mentor team members to influence career development

Product development and innovation

o Leverage client relationships and feedback to identify new product opportunities

Qualifications

Qualifications include:

* Ten or more years related experience

* Bachelor s Degree required

* A strategic visionary with analytical ability, good judgment and strong operational focus.

* An intelligent and articulate individual who can relate to people at all levels of an organization and possesses excellent communication skills.

* Leadership: a demonstrated ability to lead people and get results through others.

* Management: the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.

* Problem analysis and problem resolution at both a strategic and functional level.

* Employee training and development.

* Strong customer orientation

* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
