Sabra is looking for an Associate Director, Planning to lead the Sales planning and forecasting process and driving topline growth through managing and developing a team of Planning Managers. We are committed to individuals ‘being at their best' by bringing fresh ideas to the table and turning their passion for food into results that matter.Dip into This RoleLeads annual Sales planning and monthly topline forecasting processes for the organizationOwns process for timely and accurate period close, liability review and trade event approvalPerforms periodic performance reporting against business objectivesWorks with cross-functional teams (e.g., Field Sales, Revenue Management, Marketing and Demand Planning) to collaborate on topline forecasts and strategies and manage expectationsManages and develops a team of Planning Managers to:Drive improvement in consensus for forecast process with Sales and Operations teamsWork with each Planning Manager to create and manage Joint Business Plans for top customersEnsure MEI (trade system) compliance and forecast accuracyImprove team cross functional relationships to expand depth of influenceDrive continuous improvement by identifying new tools, technology and processesDevelop the Planning Managers into future finance leaders of the organizationRecipe for SuccessBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field required; MBA a plus10+ years' experience and practical exposure in Financial Planning and Analysis or functional finance (e.g., Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain or Operations); CPG experience a plusProven experience in managing team of direct reportsExcellent financial analysis and modeling skills and the ability to translate analytical findings into actionable solutions using sound business judgmentDemonstrated leadership and ability to drive decision-makingResults-oriented with ability to initiate and lead projects to completionInnovative thinker with a focus on continuous process improvementExcellent interpersonal skills and track record of building productive relationshipsStrong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with all levels of the organizationProficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPointKnowledge of trade promotion management system, SAP and IRI/Nilsen with the ability to quickly learn in-house software applicationsMinimal travel requiredWe celebrate an inclusive environment and provide equal opportunity for development and advancement.
