Sabra is looking for a Category Management Analyst to enable customers to better manage their shelves with Sabra product to grow the category. As part of a broader Sales Team, the ideal person will help evaluate and analyze how to grow the revenue and profits around the Sabra product line. We are committed to individuals ‘being at their best' by bringing fresh ideas to the table and turning their passion for food into results that matter.Dip into This RoleAdapts and customizes the Fresh Dips category story and vision for a specific set of customersWorks with Sr. CMA to adapt Assortment, Merchandising, Pricing, and Shelving (AMPS) standards for national and top customersAides in KPI "score-carding" development for specific customersWorks with Pricing/Trade manager to review promotional and shopper marketing programsCollaborates with Regional Sales Manager and Planner for annual planning for: Distribution, Innovation Adoption, Category developmentWorks hand in hand with IRI and third parties (ie. Kantar, EYC, 8451, Acosta) to leverage insights and tools to category storyHandles core standard reporting for customer for planning and meetingsBuilds Retailer knowledge by doing match-ups with customer data and working with retailers/buyers and the sales team to help the customer achieve category success with SabraUnderstands customer strategies and help direct category growthRecipe for SuccessBachelor's Degree required, with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience in Sales, Insights and/or Analytics, CPG preferredIndependent thought-leader; self-motivated and self-directed work style; ability to work with a diverse teamDetail and deadline oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong leadership and interpersonal skills; ability to articulate clear direction and influence othersSolid Excel and PowerPoint skillsKnowledge of IRI and NielsenHas the ability to transform the data into insightsExcellent project management, prioritization and resource utilization abilitiesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsWe celebrate an inclusive environment and provide equal opportunity for development and advancement.
