Lifesong Hospice and Palliative Care is a subsidiary of Country Meadows Retirement Communities. We are searching for a RN who has the hospice heart to join our team in a management capacity! Management contract and bonus structure are included with this position.As a RN Clinical Manager, you will have the opportunity to set the standard among our team.
