yourself in the game! The Role Manage day to day operations of the
player services operation at the US Open, such as: Locker rooms,
fitness center, practice courts, player escorts, anti-doping
chaperones.
- Work with HR to manage recruitment,
hiring, training of the seasonal Player Services team
- Manage relationships and operations with vendors (inclusive of
setup, contracts, credentials, etc.), such as:
- Towels, Rinse (laundry), Wilson stringers, Julien Farel, A
helping Hand, and ReCover
- Manage East Practice Court Practice Operation
- Manage Randall's Island off-site practice Operation
- Work with US Open staff to complete player hotel set up and
execution of spaces
- Player app - updates and execution of app
- Manage Final 8 club program:
- Tickets/Credentials
- Design and execute Final 8 dinner
- Collaborate with other departments on non-player transport
- Collaborate with NTC team on facility needs for US Open player
services projects
- Provide direction to pro tennis admin for contracts, purchase
orders, invoices and expenses
- Oversee the anti-doping program
- Be available to assist with Team Events and events at USTA
National Campus (NCAAs, Pro Circuit, etc.)

- 3-5 years of related work experience
- Bachelors or Master's degree in Marketing, Business,
Communications or Sports Management from a nationally recognized
program or institution
- Relevant experience in entertainment, sports, legal, marketing
or communications background is preferred
- Strategic thinker with a problem solving mentality
- Outstanding communication skills including written,
presentations, public speaking and an ability to communicate
effectively with individuals at all levels
- Previous experience managing a staff
- Exceptional organizational, planning, multi-tasking and time
management skills
- A professional team player with strong interpersonal and
emotional intelligence skills
- Self-starter with ability to prioritize and handle various
tasks concurrently
- Excellent PC skills and proficiency in MS Office/Google
Suite
- Trustworthiness with an ability to handle confidential matters

- Connection to Tennis or demonstrated interest in the sport a
plus This position is designated as "hybrid/flex" in Purchase, NY,
with some travel to the NTC and NYC office and may allow for both
remote and on-site work. Any such position must meet the current
USTA hybrid/flex requirements as updated from time to time. Please

for this position is $70,000 to $85,000/yr. (Exempt). This role is
bonus eligible. This range does not include any additional pay or
benefits for which a person may qualify. The actual base salary
offered is determined by several variables, including, as
appropriate, the applicant's qualifications for the position, the
years of relevant experience, their unique skills, and the location
