A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A RESTORATION PROJECT MANAGER

As a Restoration Project Manager, you coordinate, assign, and manage your team to complete projects successfully. Your great organizational skills allow you to manage or supervise multiple projects simultaneously. With the Project Director, you analyze the scope of work and the budget to accept or reject based on actual conditions and adjust as needed throughout the project.

With your outstanding leadership skills, you manage, support, and assist Project Supervisors. You prepare the schedule for the project and oversee Project Supervisors in scheduling the work of subcontractors. Your determination to make sure that projects stay organized, under budget, and on schedule is essential to your success. You take great pride in your work and enjoy coming to work every day.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 2+ years of experience in the restoration industry
• Experience/knowledge in water, flood, fire, smoke, mold, and asbestos remediation
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal code requirements

  The salary range for this role is between $60,000 and $80,000. Specific compensation will be based on the skills, experience, seniority, merit, location, education, training, and need for travel of the selected candidate
