Sr./Associate Brand Manager, Kids YogurtSeeking a strategic
associate marketeer with an entrepreneurial style. Someone who has
the drive to build a brand that kids love, who has a passion for
igniting kids adventures while understanding the importance of
health - and combines all of this with solid business acumen and
P&L management. This role requires strong leadership skills to
motivate & inspire a cross functional team, multiple agency
partners. You will balance delivering the business and shaping the
future of the #1 healthy snack choice of Moms & Kids. This role
will report into the Danone Kids Senior Brand Manager.You'll be
joining the Family and Wellness team - working on Danimals, the
kid's yogurt segment leader and Horizon Growing Years, our newest
Organic kid's yogurt brand. We are a passionate team of marketeers

team!The Sr./Associate Brand Manager will be responsible for, but
not limited to:
- Acting as the voice of the business by leading analytics
(monthly and quarterly business review) and ensuring a laser-like
focus on results and opportunities to improve them
- Lead brand diagnostic reviews as part of brand planning,
quarterly reviews and ad hoc requests
- Play an active role in the GPS/Demand Planning process,
providing summary of monthly changes for senior leadership
- Working with Danone Kids brand serving as the "hub of the
wheel" driving initiatives with cross-functional team
- Support the development and execution of marketing programs
including product development expanding yogurt BU's #1 launch and
developing design on subrange packaging
- Support driving Danone Kids Brand Strategy & executing OPOH
initiatives
- Leading eComm executions for the brand
- Having a strong POV on media strategies, consumer targeting and
guiding tactical planning with Media Connections and agency
partners
- Build and execute meaningful and robust screen to shelf
programs to activate key campaigns and support key products instore
& online
- Own and manage the brand's A&P budget and PO
management
- Building strong relationships with the Go-To-Market team,
partnering to bring best in class selling stories and strong in
store executionThis position is hybrid and can be based in either
White Plains, NY or Broomfield, CO.About you
- You have a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, MBA strongly
preferred
- You have 2+ years Brand/Product and P&L management
experience
- You think like a business owner: someone who can take
initiative and get things done while having fun in an
entrepreneurial environment
- You have a passion for building brands and proven track-record
of breakthrough consumer advertising and activation
- You have strong fundamental knowledge of commercializing a
brand and using in market levers (pricing, promotion, assortment,
shelving) to drive brand growth
- You have experience & knowledge of how to win in key Channels
and Customers
- You have experience & knowledge of how to execute strong
shopper plans
- You have demonstrated strategic thinking
- You are action-oriented with the ability to think and react
quickly to changing circumstances
- You have project management skills to lead, manage, and
motivate cross-functional teams to accomplish brand goals,
objectives and key initiatives
- You have experience working with syndicated data sources
(IRI/Nielsen) to make informed decisions
- You have demonstrated knowledge of consumer research and
analysis
- Strong verbal and written communication and presentation
skills
- You have strong computer skills, including Word, Excel and
PowerPoint
- You are willing to travel up to 15%The base compensation range
for this position is $105,000 to $115,00 commensurate with
experience. Danone North America additionally offers a
