We are an established IT/Audio Video Services firm looking to hire an energetic, motivated Project Manager with strong interpersonal skills to manage IT related projects. Overview: The Project Manager is responsible for managing multiple concurrent IT projects throughout our customer base. Throughout the project's life, the Project Manager holds the team accountable for delivering on the plan and works to resolve any obstacles that they face. The Project Manager is on the alert for risks to project success, working with the team to resolve issues when possible or identifying solutions for senior management to choose from when problems cannot be resolved without significant modification to the plan. Responsibilities:This position is responsible for planning, organizing, executing, and managing technical projects within budget. The PM must be aware of client needs, company goals and employee coordination to bring a project to completion. Maintain an in-depth knowledge and understanding of Edu Tek technologies, applications, and services. Manage multiple project and tasks at one timeProblem-Solving and solution developmentExplain problems and propose solutions to both technical and non-technical clients. Requirements:Project management and leadership skills for managing projects and resources. In-depth knowledge of and respective IT systems and network structures. Working knowledge of IT Systems including: Networking, IT Infrastructure, Voice and Internet Service Delivery. Strong written and verbal communication skills to explain and coordinate technical details.Analytical and problem-solving skills to handle any issues that occur during project implementation. Organization and time management skills to keep projects on track and within budgetStrong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills.Qualifications:2-5 years of relevant experience in Information technology and Customer Service. Working knowledge of project management and scheduling tools like MS ProjectBachelor of Science Degree preferred but not required. Note: Clients require fingerprinting and background checks.
