Job Description:

The Talent Manager reports to the Director of Talent Management and is responsible for animating Danone's Talent Strategies across North America. The Talent Manager should understand business needs, context of market trends, and can leverage data analytics to find insights and recommend effective talent strategies. To ensure strong linkage across all Talent initiatives, he/she will work closely with our Learning & Culture Team, Functional Learning resources, Talent Acquisition Team and HRBPs. This position can be based in White Plains, NY or Broomfield, CO.Job Responsibilities:

• Build functional & expert capabilities/skills through development of functional competencies & building functional learning solutions to meet current and future needs
• Use key talent insights to drive and challenge talent pipeline forecasting to enable pro-active workforce planning that enables business strategy
• Provide agile career pathing and early career program guidance, process structure, and best practices to functional partners
• Maintains an understanding of broad talent trends across the marketplace and provides forward thinking solutions to development and grow talent internally
• Own people development processes such as Objective Setting, Talent Review, Development Conversations and Year End Reviews which includes resource development and process facilitation to the business.
• Manage Danone's Talent Management local and global platforms, ensuring employees access to and understanding of employee development processes.
• Analyzes talent data for Danone North America to identify opportunities and risks to build talent solutions
• Leads on-boarding, coaching, and developing HR Business Partners towards strong partnership with the talent functionAbout youAbout You:
  • You have 5-8+ years of experience in Talent Management, Learning & Development, or relevant HR experience.
  • You have the ability to build partnerships across the HR teams and functional leaders.
  • You have demonstrated experience building talent programs with impactful outcomes.
  • You utilize creative storytelling to influence the business.
  • You have strong project management skills and experience managing timelines.
  • You are an effective communicator and facilitator.
  • You can manage HR systems and are proficient in Microsoft applications.The base compensation range for this position is $99,000-$149,000 commensurate with experience.
