DescriptionSr. Director of Revenue and Growth Strategy Are you

work and requires travel for business meetings. Our corporate
office is based in White Plains, NY. The Senior Director of Revenue
and Growth Strategy will report to the Chief Revenue Officer and be
a member of Ivy's Leadership Team. The successful candidate will
support Strategy Development, M and De Novo growth strategies,
Payer Relations, Outcomes & Research, and Strategic Partnerships.
This role will require high integrity leadership, informative
critical thinking, and effective execution to position Ivy Rehab as
a best-in-class provider of outpatient rehab services for the
markets we serve. This is a newly created position and as such, the
job responsibilities of this role will evolve over time as the

on a high-performing team Key Responsibilities include: Growth
Strategy: Support and develop enterprise and regional strategy
Partnerships: Collaborate with operational and Business Development
leadership to develop partnerships with major health systems,
employers, community groups Innovation: Own and manage enterprise
roll out of strategies around telehealth, outcomes, and value-based
care Special Projects: Support key strategic priorities and
initiatives by owning and driving a set of special projects,
included but not limited to payer contracting and revenue cycle
Champion successful practices of continuous improvement,
innovation, and high performance in collaboration with CEO and
other leaders across the organization Define and develop key
performance indicators; analyze and interpret financial and
operational performance and track key operational objectives and
strategic initiatives to improve efficiency and profitability
Develop hypotheses, gather data, brainstorm alternatives, and
generate recommendations Integrate broad sets of data into
frameworks which can then be used to synthesize learning and
develop strategy Create ad-hoc analyses and perform statistical
analysis on financial data, identify trends Qualifications Master's
degree in Business Administration (MBA) required Minimum of 5 years
of experience in an analytical role in finance, accounting,
business management, or economics; investment banking, private
equity, healthcare, or consulting experience required Proven
analytical, problem solving, and quantitative abilities that can be
demonstrated Advanced skill level in Excel and PowerPoint
Experience in M Prior consulting experience and/or leadership of
large transformational projects in a healthcare environment is
preferred Demonstrated record of strong collaboration with varied
stakeholder groups Demonstrated ability to write and deliver
powerful structured communications and presentations to senior
leaders requiredDemonstrated progressive career growth and a
pattern of exceptional performance required Must be a self-starter
with a strong vision, creative approach and passion for driving
insight Preferably reside on the East Coast, mid-Atlantic or
Midwest with accessibility to major transportation; Willingness and
ability to travel up to 25% of the time
Ownership/results/accountability-oriented, able to overcome
obstacles Expert project management skills, and advanced skill
level in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, etc. Ability to work in a
fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
Self-motivated with the willingness and commitment to exceed
expectations, learn and professionally grow Exceptional written and
verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Outstanding time management skills and ability to manage multiple
tasks and assignments in a changing environment with competing
