b'The Role:/n/xc2/xa0As a Health and Benefits Account Manager
you will contribute to a wide variety of complex projects involving
the design, financing and ongoing management of the full spectrum
of health and benefit programs./xc2/xa0/xc2/xa0 You will serve as
the project manager on select projects, interface with vendors and
key clients internally and externally, create client deliverables,
and ensure quality standards are met./xc2/xa0 You will have the
opportunity to significantly grow your health and benefits business
acumen as well as your financial, project management and client
relationship skills by working on cutting edge projects alongside
leaders in the industry./nResponsibilities:/n * Materially
contribute to core health and benefits projects involving the
design and management of group medical, dental, wellbeing, life,
disability and absence management benefits for clients./xc2/xa0
Responsibilities include:/n * Partnering with client service team
leader to deliver superior project management/n * Proactively
advising clients and providing superior client service in response
to day to day service issues and questions (eligibility, carrier
coverage and claims issues, compliance, etc.)/xc2/xa0/n * Preparing
for and facilitating client meetings (prepare agendas and
materials, coordinate resources, etc.)/n * Playing a key role in
vendor procurement, negotiation, implementation, and optimization
activities/n * Providing benefit enrollment support, including
preparing materials and presentations, verifying policy and plan
information, and updating internal systems as necessary/n *
Contributing to completion of reports and administrative actions
for clients including Form 5500 filings, policy checking and
delivery, monthly reporting of client and carrier information,
summary plan descriptions and certificates/n * Contributing to
benefit plan analysis, design, cost savings and funding
strategies/n * Engaging subject matter experts to address client
needs/n * Conducting review of client deliverables to ensure
alignment to client objectives, leverage of optimal WTW services
and solutions, and adherence to WTW professional excellence
standards/n * Conducting benchmarking studies and other research;
provide value added analyses and summaries/n * Analyzing and
comparing vendor products, services and contracts/n * Building
relationships internally and collaborating effectively on
cross-functional teams/n * Reviewing work and contributing to the
development of junior staff/nRequirements:/n * 4+ years/xe2/x80/x99
experience dealing with health and welfare plans, ideally gained in
a benefit consulting/brokerage firm or health underwriting /
actuarial function of an insurance company/n * Proven ability to
manage multiple projects simultaneously and produce quality
deliverables on time and within budget/n * Strong client service
orientation and ability to respond to all communications
effectively and in a timely manner/n * Proven ability to identify
and resolve issues/n * Strong written and verbal communication
skills/n * Self-starter attitude and ability to work independently
and as part of a team/n * Strong analytical, creative and
integrative skills/n * Excellent Microsoft Office skills,
particularly in Excel and PowerPoint/n * State Life and Health
license required within 90 days of joining/n * Pursuit of CEBS
designation, or health and welfare actuarial / underwriting
training encouraged/nCompensation and

position is being included in accordance with requirements of the
Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act. Please note that the salary
range listed relate specifically to roles located in Colorado and
that salary ranges for similar positions located in other
WTW/xc2/xa0locations may vary. In addition, salaries may vary for
different individuals in the same role based on several factors,
including but not limited to individual competencies,
education/professional certifications, experience and performance
in the role. /xc2/xa0/xc2/xa0/n/xc2/xa0/nCompensation/xc2/xa0/nThe
salary compensation range being offered for this role is $72,000 to
$80,000. This role is also eligible for an annual short-term
