Job Description:

White Plains, NY law firm is searching for an Office Manager to join the pracitce. Candidates must have management and AP/AR experience, ideally working for a law firm, but will consider candidates with the required experience outside of legal. Responsibilities:* Handle--onboarding of new emplyees, including completion of W-4 and I-9 forms* Answer employee policy questions, track leave and PTO* Deal directly with building and--landlord* Responsible for upkeep of office, keeping kitchen restocked and order office supplies* Also handle the firm's AP/AR, and record keeping, oversee that client billing is correct and allocation of client payments, payments of vendors are correctRequirements: * At least 3 years of office management experience, ideally managing a law firm* Accounts Payable (AP) / Accounts Receiveable (AR) experience* Strong computer skills, including Excel* Experience with legal billing system ideal* Someone who is professional and has a calm demeanor, has attention to detail, is resourceful and can solve problemsIf you are interested in the White Plains, NY Law Firm Office Manager role and have the required experience listed above, please send your resume, as we would love to talk with you!Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/DisabledTo read our Candidate Privacy Information Statement, which explains how we will use your information, please The Company will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records
