Job Description Job Description Field Service Technician We are
seeking a skilled and motivated Field Service Technician to join
our team! In this role, you will be responsible for fixing,
troubleshooting, training, of our electro-mechanical equipment at
customer sites. You’ll have the opportunity to work hands-on with
cutting-edge technology, assist customers with fixing equipment and
training. Mainly regional travel (with occasional international
travel). This is a salaried position with additional compensation
for travel. Comprehensive training is provided based on your
experience and technical background. Key Responsibilities: Trouble
shoot and service equipment at customer locations Train customer
operators on proper equipment usage Diagnose and repair or replace
faulty components on-site Approve warranty replacements in line
with company policies Provide remote customer support, including
occasional off-hours assistance (compensated accordingly) Perform
in-house tasks when not traveling, including equipment testing,
customer follow-ups, and troubleshooting What We’re Looking For:
Associate’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronic
Technology , or equivalent years of experience Technical school
graduates with an electrical/mechanical background are encouraged
to apply Experience with electro-mechanical equipment is a plus
Ability to read basic electrical schematics is a plus Strong work
ethic, high energy, and excellent communication skills Ability to
travel approximately 25-50% regionally and nationwide, with
occasional international travel Comfortable working in various
