Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. This
full-time Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) position is based in
Waterbury, CT, serving elementary schools through a contract role
starting ASAP and extending through June 9, 2026. The role provides
a unique opportunity to support students across two elementary
school sites (to be determined), focusing on a diverse range of
disabilities within inclusive settings. Candidates will work 35
hours per week, from 8:45 AM to 3:45 PM, primarily onsite. Key
Responsibilities: Deliver speech-language therapy services to
students in general education and inclusion settings Collaborate
with educators and staff to support student communication goals
Conduct assessments, develop Individualized Education Programs
(IEPs), and maintain accurate documentation Engage with families
and contribute to multidisciplinary team efforts Qualifications and
Experience: Must hold a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in
Speech-Language Pathology; consideration also given to Clinical
Fellows (CF) School-based SLP experience is required Active
Connecticut license in speech-language pathology Successful
completion of district fingerprinting and background checks Strong
communication and organizational skills No Speech-Language
Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) will be considered for this role
