Job Description:
Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Seeking a
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for an immediate contract
assignment in Bridgeport, CT, working within two elementary
schools. This role provides an excellent opportunity for an
experienced SLP holding a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
to deliver essential speech and language support to students in a
school environment. Key Responsibilities: - Provide speech and
language therapy services to students across two elementary
schools. - Assess, diagnose, and treat communication disorders in
children. - Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school
staff to develop individualized education plans (IEPs). - Monitor
progress and adjust therapeutic strategies to meet student needs. -
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided.
Qualifications & Experience: - Valid Speech-Language Pathology
certification with CCC required. - Experience working in school
settings preferred. - Strong communication and interpersonal
skills. - Ability to manage caseloads across multiple school
locations. - Familiarity with educational protocols and
individualized student plans. Location: Bridgeport, Connecticut
Contract Term: ASAP through End of School Year (EOSY) Assignment
Details: Split placement between two elementary schools This
