We're seeking a talented and organized Creative Services Manager to lead our creative team and ensure seamless execution of projects across print, digital, and advertising platforms. Position Overview As the Creative Services Manager, you will oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of all creative projects. Working in a fast-paced print and advertising environment, you will guide a multidisciplinary team of designers, copywriters, and production staff, while serving as the bridge between clients, account managers, and internal departments. Key Responsibilities Project Management Lead and manage creative projects from initial concept through final delivery. Ensure deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met across all deliverables. Prioritize incoming work and assign tasks based on team capabilities and project scope. Team Leadership Supervise and mentor designers, copywriters, and production staff. Conduct regular reviews and provide actionable feedback to support professional growth. Foster a collaborative, innovative, and performance-driven team environment. Client & Internal Communication Act as the main liaison between clients, account managers, and creative teams. Translate client goals and marketing objectives into clear creative strategies. Present design concepts and final deliverables to internal and external stakeholders. Creative Direction Oversee the development of visual and written content for print, digital, and advertising campaigns. Ensure consistency with brand guidelines and marketing messaging across all channels. Stay current with design trends, tools, and technologies to keep the team inspired and competitive. Production Oversight Ensure all creative files are print-ready and meet production specifications. Collaborate with vendors and print suppliers to ensure top-quality output. Troubleshoot technical design and print issues to maintain high production standards. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Advertising, Marketing, or related field. Minimum 1 year of experience in a creative or production environment, with 2 years in a leadership role. Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in print and advertising design. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Familiar with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, or similar). Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills. In-depth knowledge of prepress, print production processes, and file preparation. Experience in a fast-paced print shop or agency environment is essential. Bonus: Experience with digital design, video, or social media content is a plus. Familiarity with branding, campaign strategy, and marketing concepts.
