Job Description Job Description LHH Recruitment Solutions is
currently seeking a Customer Service Representative. This role is
responsible for entering and managing work orders, verifying
pricing, maintaining ERP data, coordinating with internal teams,
and ensuring a smooth customer experience from order placement to
delivery. Responsibilities: Enter, review, and maintain work
orders, quotes, and change requests in the ERP with high accuracy
and speed. Validate vendor availability, lead times, arrival times
and proactively communicate updates to customers and internal
teams. Verify pricing against contracts and negotiate as needed.
Create quotes and convert approved quotes to orders while routing
price exceptions for approval. Update and maintain customer master
data, including contacts, addresses, terms, and preferences. Log
all customer interactions, work order notes, and status updates
within internal systems to maintain data integrity and compliance.
Serve as a primary point of contact via phone, email, and
ticketing/CRM systems, ensuring timely, professional communication.
Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams and follow through
until full resolution is achieved. Coordinate with Sales on urgent
work orders, customer escalations, and contract pricing topics.
Collaborate with technicians, vendors, and finance teams. Work with
Finance or Credit teams regarding credit holds, prepayments,
invoicing questions, and account status. Contribute ideas to
streamline processes, enhance SOPs, and improve customer
experience. Identify recurring issues and propose solutions to
enhance operational efficiency and accuracy. Qualifications:
Experience: 1-3 years in customer service, work orders, sales
operations, or dispatch in a product-based or distribution
environment. Systems: Experience with ERP systems such as SAP,
Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Infor, or Epicor. Skills:
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy. Excellent
communication and customer-centric problem-solving skills. Ability
to manage high-volume tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Education:
High school diploma required; Associate's/Bachelor's preferred.
Hours: 8:00-5:00pm Monday through Friday Worksite Type: 100% in

Pay Details: $23.00 to $24.00 per hour Search managed by: Coral
