Hyper Wellness Representative/Wellness Coordinator Restore Hyper Wellness Are you passionate about helping people live healthier lives so they can do more of the things they love? Our Hyper Wellness Representatives are the face of each Restore location and play an integral role in delivering a high-quality customer experience. Key Roles of a Restore Hyper Wellness Representative • Sell memberships and packages in alignment with client’s wellness goals • Provide tours to new clients and educate on service pairings • Assist clients over the phone and in person with questions about scheduling and memberships • Ensure clients are completing waivers prior to running them through services • Maintain a safe, clean and secure environment for all guests and employees • Use multiple web-based platforms to communicate with leads and clients for booking • Understand product and service pairings, including contraindications • Act as first line of customer service around questions and concerns with clients • Performing opening and closing procedures including using checklists and sales dashboards • Represent the brand by embodying Restore’s core values and acting in alignment with the mission and vision of Restore Hyper Wellness and the Hyper Wellness® lifestyle Qualities You Need to Succeed as a Restore Hyper Wellness Representative • You’re passionate about health and wellness • You have at least one year of customer service experience in a retail environment • Available evenings and weekends • Tech saavy and able to manage multiple web platforms throughout the day • Communication and collaboration are some of your strong suits Benefits of Joining Restore ?
