Job Description:

Marketing Coordinator We are working with a fast-growing food company that is at the forefront of transforming the way leafy greens are grown and distributed in the United States. This company currently operates 16 acres of production at 6 greenhouse farms in the Northeast and Midwest and is in the process of building 5 new regional hubs that will increase production by 60 acres over the next 2 years. Their long-range plan includes building over 200 acres and expanding into additional product lines. We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator. This individual will support the Marketing Team in revolutionizing the future of food and the health of our planet! The MC will be responsible for the development and implementation of strategic and tactical consumer engagement plans via the digital and retail environments.
Location: Hybrid- Irvington, NY (willing to commute into the office 1-2 days a month)

Job Responsibilities: - Manage and execute social media and digital programs - Support brand content creation, including packaging development - Manage the marketing/innovation budget - Support implementation of public relations strategy - Partner with cross-functional teams including sales, insights, innovation, and growers on the strategy and execution of consumer engagement plans - Conduct brand/competitive analysis and evaluation of marketing drivers
Required Skills/Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree required - 2-4 years of marketing experience (CPG or Food industry) - Solid mix of creative and analytical thinking while being customer-focused and brand-obsessed - Strong analytical skills with an ability to generate insights and turn them into strategies - Excellent communication skills - Passion and commitment toward sustainability and making the world a better place - Desire to work at a fast-paced, rapidly growing, mission-driven company - Entrepreneurial spirit, a founder's mentality, and being a self-starter - Collaborative, flexible, and enjoy working with other passionate people
