Job Description:
Job Description Job Description Salary: The Administrative
Manager oversees and provides support related to the administrative
operations of the organization. The ideal person will be
enthusiastic, extremely well organized and passionate about working
in the recovery field. CCAR offers a highly attractive compensation

letters will not be considered. Duties and Responsibilities: Manage
and provide administrative support related to administration,
technology, and operations. Adhere to administrative procedures.
Supervision. Manage main agency phone line and email. Manage
ordering supplies and ensure adequacy of supplies in each location.
Manage centers building maintenance inquiries, requests, and
safety. Management of inventory maintenance for agency. Support IT
and troubleshooting. Database management and maintenance. Track
staff reports and database entries. Generate monthly reports from
databases and other sources as needed. Maintains leases, contracts,
reports, correspondence, emails, etc Familiar with vendor contracts
and renewal. Manages annual commercial insurance renewal. Customer
relations - foster and maintain relationships with state, community
partners, and vendors. Provide support to staff during programs,
projects, trainings, and special events. Other duties as required.
Qualifications: Three years experience in Business Administration
or related field. Proven track record in outstanding customer
service. Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail and
ability to prioritize. Exceptional computer skills including
knowledge of Microsoft word, excel, web-based platforms and
database management. Strong customer service ethic. Time management
skills. Ability to work independently and take initiative with
varied and demanding tasks. Ability to troubleshoot and problem
solve. Cross-cultural skills and experience with culturally diverse
populations. Knowledge about addiction recovery a plus. Experience
working in a non-profit environment a plus. The Administrative
Manager is a full time (35 hour/week) salaried exempt position in
