Job Description:
The Trading Product Area Leader for Fidelity Digital Assets will
spearhead initiatives in the development and management of trading
products tailored for the evolving digital assets market. This role
involves strategic oversight, product innovation, and leadership to
adapt Fidelity’s trading capabilities within cryptocurrencies and
blockchain technology. The ideal candidate will champion product
development cycles, collaborate extensively with technology teams,
and direct market engagement strategies to align with Fidelity's
leadership in financial innovation. Develop and manage a
comprehensive product roadmap for digital assets trading platforms.
Lead cross-functional teams across product development, technology,
and compliance to ensure delivery of high-performance trading
solutions. Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities and
enhancements for existing products. Collaborate with marketing and
sales teams to define go-to-market strategies and product
positioning. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and
internal risk management protocols. Provide thought leadership in
blockchain and cryptocurrency, representing Fidelity at industry
events and in relevant publications. Expertise in financial product
management, particularly in trading platforms Strong understanding
of blockchain technology and cryptocurrency markets Proficient in
quantitative analysis and risk management Ability to manage
multipart projects across diverse teams Excellent communication and
