About Our Client Leading Corporate and Investment Bank with offices based in mid Manhattan Job Description

• All Finance aspects related to Liquidity Reporting - FR 2052a oversight including but not limited to Daily Variance Analysis and commentary, month-end Reconciliations, addressing responses to FRBNY queries
• Participation and representation of Finance at Liquidity meetings
• Ensuring all documentation is up to date.
• Understanding FR Y 15 Short Term Wholesale Funding (Schedule N) calculation and reconcile to 2052a
• Understanding Call Report, FOCUS Report mappings to assist with cross report reconciliation vs. 2052a
• Championing a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems, and knowledge
• Assisting in compiling timely, complete, and accurate reports in accordance with U.S.GAAP and regulatory expectations The Successful Applicant
  • An MBA or MS in Accounting or Finance
  • A CPA (preferred)
  • Strong Knowledge of Accounting, Regulatory Reporting, Balance Sheet Analysis, Treasury including FR 2052a and FRY 15 Schedule N
  • 7+ years of relevant experience in Financial/Regulatory and/or Treasury reporting
  • Experience managing projects (would be a plus)
  • A history of implementing reporting with a system of internal controls
  • Experience in transitioning to new reporting platforms a plus
  • A strong understanding of banking business; capital markets financial products and transaction mechanics
