Job Description:

MCC Non-Ferrous Trading LLC is a metal and minerals trading company active in North America, Latin America, Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and Asia. MCC specializes in the commercial recycling of most residues and byproducts resulting from the mining, metallurgical and processing industries.The candidate will be responsible for consolidating MCC NFT's internal hedge position.Duties/Responsibilities of the Junior Metal Derivatives Trader:

• Execute metal derivatives trades with counterparties with the intent of reducing physical trade price risks
• Utilize strategic execution strategies to maximize returns
• Reconcile all P&L and risk metrics with Accounting and Risk Management/Finance Teams
• Improve the hedging and risk management functionality on MCC NFT's internal platform
• Work with outside vendors to improve MCC NFT's reporting and risk management capabilities
• Cross train in other financial and physical trade administration positions at MCC NFT
• Protect all assets and business interests of MCC NFTRequired Skills/Abilities of the Junior Metal Derivatives Trader:
  • Broad expertise in derivatives, sales, operations and trade flow logistics
  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related software.Education and Experience of the Junior Metal Derivatives Trader:
    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, International Business, Economics, or related field required.
