• The Senior Accounts Payable Specialist will enter invoices and process checks daily
• Responsible for processing vendor refunds/credits
• The Senior Accounts Payable Specialist will complete credit applications
• Perform vendor reconciliations
• Manage license and permits to ensure all payments made timely
• Other special projects as neededJob Requirements for the Senior Accounts Payable Specialist:
  • 3+ years of high-volume AP experience
  • Real estate experience a plus but not required
  • Experience with Yardi a plus
  • Experience in fast-paced, high-volume enviornments
  • Experience working with accounting software
