What is it for you:Specializes in site development and various phases of road, bridge, utility, and heavy civil construction.Committed to achieving the highest standards of quality and dependability, providing clients with technical, financial, and managerial strength.Expertise covers both public and private sector work, ensuring delivery of a quality product within budget constraints.outstanding benefit packages and a people-first work environmentStable, growing company with tremendous opportunity for career advancementCompetitive compensation and benefitsJob Type : Full TimeLocation : New Rochelle, New YorkPay : ExcellentJob DescriptionWhat You Will Be Doing:Prepare and implement detailed project plans for efficient project completion within budget and time constraints.Negotiate with vendors and subcontractors to ensure optimal delivery schedules while complying with contract requirements.Manage project progression, subcontractors, vendors, and project team effectively.Review and track RFIs, submittals, construction delays, and monthly quantity billing and reports.Manage change orders, revise schedules to accommodate unforeseen delays, and provide problem resolution and cost-saving solutions.Report project issues, safety concerns, and cost overruns to the Chief Operating Officer.Experience You Will Need:Preferred 4-year degree in a construction-related field or equivalent experience.Experience as project manager in road, bridge, utility and heavy civil construction.Minimum three to eight years experience as a Project Manager or five years of construction-related experience.Mastery in project management skills, including estimating, scheduling, budgeting, field supervision, and client relationship management.Ability to manage both small and large projects simultaneously and to train and monitor the work of others.Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills are essential.Demonstrated success in managing large construction projects and multiple Project Managers.Our client asked me to submit 3 great people within the next few days.
