Job Description:

A company is looking for a Sales Director for a global bio-tech startup in the luxury health service sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and execute sales strategy to meet growth targets and maximize Customer Lifetime Value (CLV)
Lead and develop sales team, oversee CRM data and metrics, and scale the team as needed
Collaborate with marketing, close clients, build partnerships, and ensure effective CRM utilization

Required Qualifications:

Proven expertise in Ultra-High Net Worth (UHNW) and health industries
Experience building sales teams and executing sales strategies
Proficient in CRM systems, establishing successful partnerships, and managing alliances
